Gulf Breeze DAC-ART Modular Block Custom Home

This DAC-ART home in Gulf Breeze, Florida is nearing completion. I was so glad that we went over to see it this weekend. I have met the owners who came over to see Villa Lagoon one day.  They were having problems with their grout so they wanted to see how we did waterproof-wise during recent rains. The front door is brass or bronze and is spectacular. At the moment there is plywood covering what I suppose is glass.
